How can I add Routes to FATMAP?

Routes are your detailed trips that you can add via the FATMAP app and website and choose to keep them private or publish them publicly for all users to see.

You can add routes by either drawing them onto the map or uploading a GPX file.

When you publish a route to FATMAP it appears both on your profile and on the map as "Community Content". As published routes are visible to all, we ask that you make sure they are good, accurate, and enjoyable, so they must have atleast:

• A great descriptive title
• A one line summary
• An accurate description

Note: Routes are different to Adventures. Adventures are a representation of your outdoor experience that are tracked and added to the app. You can find them in your profile under My Adventures.
