You may see areas of the map with duplicated routes or lifts or no winter imagery when there should be some. The issue may be caused by old offline map downloads.
To resolve this, simply navigate to My Offline Maps in the app and if there are updates available, either hit the update button next to the map download (the two circular arrows symbol) or hit the Update all button to update all your offline maps at once.
Before you download, ensure you have the latest version of the app, you have enough space on your phone and you are connected to fast WiFi. Please also leave the app open until the download is complete.
