There are a number of ways you can choose which routes or activities you'd like to see on the map.
On the Map tab of the FATMAP app you will see you can select an activity at the top of the screen or tap the Activities button and choose your activity from the list of over 30 different activity types.
Once you've selected your activity, the routes for this activity will appear on the map and summer or winter imagery will be shown accordingly (i.e. winter imagery for skiing, summer imagery for mountain biking).
You can now tap the Filter button and choose to sort the routes by nearby (to your current location), shortest or longest and filter the routes by length, ascent, elevation and gradient.
Here you can also choose to show Only FATMAP Select Content (more info on FATMAP Select here). When this is selected, all community created routes will be hidden, and only FATMAP Select content will be shown.
On the FATMAP website, you can choose which activities you'd like to view by clicking the map on the top left-hand side and then selecting your preferred activity from the list. You can select multiple difference activities to view at once.
You can toggle Community Content (routes created by other users) on and off with the button on the top left-hand side of the screen, as shown in the screenshot below. When turned off, all community created routes will be hidden and you will only see FATMAP Select routes on the map.
When you tap the Filters button (shown in the screenshot below) you can choose to view routes by their difficulty grading.
