To redeem your voucher, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to (or create) your FATMAP account

2. Copy your unique voucher code - it will be a mixture of numbers and letters eg bFVIWVVLeTFOdQEAAABaAOUHDB8B51b517

3. Click the link below, paste your code then click 'Apply' to activate it

4. Click to Claim

NB Each of our vouchers are unique codes that can only be used once - if you are having trouble claiming your voucher please email us at: [e-mail] and include your voucher code and source.

• We’re not currently able to ‘piggyback’ voucher codes/ memberships, you are required to wait for one to expire before starting another.
• Despite what some messaging might suggest, your account will NOT automatically renew after the voucher has lapsed but instead will revert to a BASIC account.
